Easy Mediterranean Hummus Bowl
A hummus bowl is a simple way to turn a spread into a full lunch. Creamy hummus forms the base, then chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, onion and feta add enough crunch, acidity and saltiness to make each bite different.
Arrange the toppings in sections rather than stirring everything together right away; the bowl looks better and the textures stay distinct. Warm pita, toasted flatbread or a handful of greens can make it more substantial.
