Easy Korean Ground Beef Bowl
Sweet, salty and garlicky ground beef is the centerpiece of this fast rice bowl. Ginger and sesame oil add depth, while cucumber and green onion cut through the richness so the meal does not feel heavy.
Cook the beef until the crumbles have browned edges before pouring in the sauce. Let the liquid reduce briefly, then spoon it over hot rice and add the fresh toppings at the last moment for contrast.
