High-Protein Ground Turkey Meal Prep Bowls
These ground turkey bowls are designed around the things that matter for meal prep: protein that reheats well, vegetables that keep some bite, and a grain base that can absorb the seasoned juices. Roasted broccoli, peppers and zucchini add color and make each portion feel like a full meal.
Roast the vegetables separately from the turkey so each component develops the right texture. Divide everything after it has cooled slightly, then add fresh sauces, herbs or avocado only when you are ready to eat.
